Natacha and Thibault ...


SHE is pursuing studies in economics.

He has come from a family of gastronomy professionals

for three generations.


SHE settles in London, he goes around France with the

"compagnons du devoir"


SHE discovers a passion for the restoration, and thus forms to be master of hotel

HE second the chief, not very far ... in the kitchen.


SHE and HIM finally cross, get married, become parents ....

And they make the same observation: the “baba au rhum” almost disappeared from the French tradition!




They want to take up the challenge of designing an aesthetic pastry, of quality and which especially rediscovers the unparalleled taste of “baba au rhum” of yesteryear!
